Hello Queenz 

My name is Nydera Black  I'm a 37 year old born and raised in Jersey City New Jersey, I am the owner of forherqueenz nonprofit organization, as well as Nubian Queenz cosmetics. I stopped chasing my dreams, and started living in my purpose. As soon as I did that Forher was born. Forher started business in 2019. I always knew I love helping others, but also being the voice for them. So I decided to tell my story.I Starting my nonprofit organization was inspired by a deep-seated passion for empowering women and making a positive impact on their lives. I saw firsthand the unique challenges women face in various areas—whether in career, education, or personal development—and realized the need for more accessible resources and support networks. My vision is to create a community that uplifts and equips women with the tools they need to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances. This organization started  in Jersey City, Nj. Now we are able to expand to Houston, Texas. Forher is a sisterhood that supports and uplifts women from all walks of life. We offer various services, including community support, workshops, and personalized development programs, aimed at enhancing personal and professional growth. At FORHER, we believe that every woman deserves a strong support system and the opportunity to thrive.
